Do you offer emergency plumbing services?
Absolutely! Our dedicated emergency plumbing team is on standby 24/7, ready to tackle any urgent plumbing issues that may arise. Whether it’s a burst pipe in the middle of the night or a stubborn leak during the day, you can count on us to respond swiftly and effectively.
How quickly can a plumber arrive?
In most cases we have a van with you inside two hours, and sooner if you are close to one of our depots. When you call we give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague half-day slot, and you get a text the moment the engineer sets off toward your address.
Do you provide upfront estimates?
Always. We look at the job, explain what needs doing in plain language, and hand you a fixed written price before any tools come out. If something unexpected turns up midway we stop and talk it through with you first, so the final bill never arrives as a surprise.
Do you work with residential and commercial properties?
Yes to both. Our engineers move between family homes, rental portfolios, cafes, offices and small industrial units every week, and each job is quoted against the standards that apply to it. Commercial work can be booked outside trading hours at no extra charge.
Can I schedule a service online?
You can. The booking form on this site takes about a minute, shows the next available slots in real time, and confirms by email and text straight away. If you would rather speak to somebody, our phone line is staffed from seven in the morning until eight at night.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole metro area and the towns within roughly thirty miles of it, including everywhere marked on our service map. If you sit just outside that ring, call us anyway. We often have an engineer working nearby and can fit your visit around that route.
