Project Overview

A Complete Repipe for a Long-Term Fix.

Decades-old pipework was failing in more than one place. Rather than patch it again, the homeowners asked Pipewise to replace the system throughout the property.

Finished plumbing fixture on a Pipewise project

Patch Repairs Were No Longer Enough.

Leaks were appearing in different rooms and water pressure had dropped noticeably across the whole house.

The Challenge

  • Leaks appearing in multiple rooms

  • Low pressure on the upper floor

  • Corroded original pipework

  • Patch repairs no longer holding

“They planned it room by room so we always had water somewhere. Five days later the whole house was on new pipe.”

Replaced Throughout, Room by Room.

We staged the work so the household kept running water, replacing each run with modern pipework and new isolation points.

The Solution

  • Replaced all hot and cold runs

  • Added isolation valves at every fixture

  • Rebalanced pressure across both floors

  • Pressure tested the full system

The Result

The property now runs on a single, consistent pipework system with steady pressure upstairs and down, and no remaining leaks.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Everything you need to know before booking your plumbing service.

How long does a project like this take?

Most domestic projects on this scale run between two and five working days. You get a day-by-day schedule before we start, and if anything shifts you hear it from us rather than discovering it.

Will we be without water while you work?

Rarely for long. We stage the work so at least one bathroom and the kitchen stay usable, and any full isolation is agreed with you in advance.

Do you make good the floors and walls?

Yes. Reinstatement is priced into the quote from the start, covering plaster, screed, tiling and any driveway surface we had to open.

Can I see progress while the job runs?

Of course. Your engineer walks you through what was done at the end of each day, and we photograph anything that is about to be closed back up.

Is the finished work guaranteed?

Every project carries a twelve-month guarantee on parts and labour, plus the manufacturer’s own warranty on anything we install.

How do I get a quote for my project?

Send a few photographs and a short description through the contact form. We come back with an indicative range, then arrange a site visit to firm it up.
